When you buy products from SSIPL, you are uniquely and contractually entitled to a guaranteed service level for technical issue resolution - both from us and directly from the Publisher.
As soon as your payment has been authorized, we simultaneously notify the Publisher about the products you have purchased together with your name and address. We do this so they can immediately provide help and support you should need it. We only pass on your email address to the Publisher if the product you have purchased is a subscription-based product with periodic updates. In this case, the Publisher has contractually agreed with SSIPL not to use your email address for any other purpose other than sending you update notifications.
For each product, we have comprehensive legal agreements in place to ensure that each Publisher will provide both you and us with a predefined service level. For example, the Publisher will provide technical support to you quickly and efficiently, they warrant that the products will work in accordance with the user guides. Therefore, no matter what it says in the software's license agreement, you have additional rights because you are a SSIPL customer.
SSIPL does not provide code-level, in-depth technical support; however, our support agreements ensure you do get it from the people best placed to give it - the Publisher. If you ever have a problem and you are not getting the service you expect, let us know and we will make it happen.
Every product we sell has gone through a technical assessment process prior to it appearing on the site, to review its quality and the likely support issues.
